Refund policy

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a remedy if our services are not carried out with due care and skill, are not fit for purpose, or are not completed within a reasonable time.

All claims will be assessed to determine whether the issue is related to:
• The original repair service performed, or
• External factors such as physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, or third-party interference after service completion

Where no fault is found with the original repair, diagnostic or labour charges may still apply.

Refunds are not automatically provided and will only be issued where required under Australian Consumer Law, such as in cases of a major service failure that cannot be rectified.

Where a problem can be reasonably fixed, Zero1 Tech Repairs will first offer to:
• Rectify the issue at no additional labour cost, or
• Re-perform the service where appropriate

Refunds may exclude costs already incurred, including labour, diagnostic time, and special-order parts where permitted by law.

Change of mind cancellations are not eligible for refund once:
• Parts have been ordered, or
• Work has commenced, or
• Diagnostic services have been performed

Exchanges do not apply to repair services.

Parts supplied and installed by Zero1 Tech Repairs are covered under a limited warranty. If a part is found to be defective within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty does not cover:
• Physical or accidental damage
• Liquid damage
• Misuse or improper handling
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications by third parties

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding device history. Any pre-existing or unrelated faults are not covered under the original repair service.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
